The fully automatic control coordinates the central turning unit and material flow and controls parameters like moisture content or rotting state. Additionally, the turning unit can be operated via any modern computer while password protected.

At a length of up to 30 meters and a material hight up to 2,7 meters the BACKHUS Bridge Turner treats great amounts of material even close to highly populated areas.

The massive drum unit turning the material was already proven more than 500 times throughout the whole world. Thanks to the centrally fixated drum shaft the great power turns all kinds of material thoroughly in trapezoid heaps at up to 2.000 m³/h.

Since indoor plants for turning technology are not being affected by environmental impacts, the feed of water and additives can be exactly coordinated. Thus, the final product obtaines a constantly high quality.

Thanks to the small area required the BACKHUS Bridge Turner can easily be integrated into existing halls.
